Deep Explorations

Trust Chases Sincerity
“People don’t remember what you said, but how you make them feel.”
Is that true? A deeper examination is warranted. What is the origin of someone’s feeling? Is it something you do or is it something that the person comes present with?
Deeper than that is, where does feeling come from? There are transient emotions that occur often. I wish to identify a deeper feeling.
Deeper than emotions, deeper than the mind, there is something more foundational.
It feels like spiritual Knowing. It feels like your consciousness. The intuition. The intuition that knows when someone is being disingenuous. It raises the alarms and warning signs.
Interestingly, people’s minds choose not to acknowledge their intuition. They choose not to listen to the signs. They hang in, in the pursuit for some gain. They chose not to act from inuition.
Intuition is the origin of trust.
Trust is not strategic. Trust is built when one shares their spirit, just as it is, with one who is receptive to it. You can trust someone you just met, and distrust your blood relative.
Proximity and genetic similarity are not relevant, but are convenient to the mind. Trust grows organically when one sees and evaluates another’s intentions, time and time again.
“People only remember how they feel”
If this statement is true, why not leave strategy at home? Why not examine your intentions, which are the origin of trust? Why not present your sincere intention for another to examine? Why not be completely honest, upfront and clear?
You don’t have to share your cards with everyone, but you don’t have to hide them to create trust.
As the moment unfolds, you can share exactly your most honest and sincere intentions.
In this way, you can present yourself just as you are. You can live in total congruence with your deepest intention and your actions. In living with sincerity, people around you will organically feel it.
Their emotions will be a natural byproduct.
Their comfort with you will be natural.
Their trust will chase your sincerity.
