Effective

I use this word in the context of a thing or action that is effective in reaching the goal or getting to the desired outcome.

Is being honest good or bad? I don’t care. Is honesty effective at accomplishing what I want to do?
In my examination, honesty is effective.

I seek the things that allow me to accomplish my goals. Whats effective is not always easy to see. What is ineffective can be easily found. If the key lies in 10 boxes and you know which 9 dont have them, you have great odds at finding the key.

But nature is not like this. Its keys dont lie in boxes. They are never just 10 options, there are a million permutations. As you test and retest, you being to eliminate the things that do not work. In this way, you will naturally find the things that do work.

Often its not about doing something that works to get you to your goal. Its eliminating all that does not get to you to your goal, and the desired outcome finds you.
