The feeling of deep personal examination
Often it’s a physical feeling.

Laying down, eyes closed, in observation of spirit –  the spirit – it knows what we seek. It swirls, the body responds to it, the mind tries to get gain a voice/foothold/imagination.

The mind can postulate, the spirit will know.

That sensation of being with spirit can being to slip.
When examining something deep, the mind fights. The deepest darkest corners are places where the mind has built a foothold.

I hang in spirit, when the mind tames, when it was given no attention, it turns off.
I observe and I patiently wait.

Something firm is presented from spirit to the physical portion of my heart. This rises and I examine it with ferocity. The ridges, its firmness, its shape mean nothing, but this is what the spirit presents, and this is why I am here.

As it rises to my 3rd eye/forehead region, it softens, and then opens and a light is presented. This can take the shape of a feeling, a word, or a phrase. Whatever it is, is subsequently tested immediately.

Not via the mind, but physically.

If spirit reveals grace, grace is extended and expressed immediately.

This physical testing is so critical. Is what the spirit presented effective? I had to sharpen my awareness of what the spirit presents. This is my rad-path correlation
