The Origin of Work

In my examination, the steam is a natural consequence of fire doing the work and boiling water. This steam is success and the fire is “ bringing the fire”

How is it that you get fire? Can you create fire if your wood isn’t primed? How about without spark? Or Oxygen? What if you just torch the wood? Would that work?

I reckon you can torch that wood with an inferno, but if there is no oxygen, if the wood isn’t dried appropriately, it won’t light in a meaningful way. You can burn that wood to a crisp, but it won’t produce the fire you seek. The fire is a natural consequence when the wood is sufficiently ready, and a spark and oxygen become available.

The readiness of the wood is vital. This the internal alchemy of where a person is at. In the beginning of the journey, the feelings brew. The notions lay dormant, but one is aware. Due to circumstance, exposure or inspiration, the feeling increases. It becomes insuppressible. And then it emerges.

The actions, thoughts, desires. Naturally evolve.

At this point, the fire becomes lit. Hard work is seen by others, but not felt by the person. The fire isn’t working hard when it uses the wood to fuel its heat and boil the water. The fire is simply acting by its nature. From a physics perspective, it’s doing work on the molecules. From an anxiety perspective, it has none. It doesn’t need to motivate itself. It is just being itself.

When the water in pot begins to boil vapor is formed. This was a nature consequence of fire doing work on the water molecules.

From the outside people cheer. Your hard work paid off. You get to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Is it hard work if this is something you always wish to do? Did you grind and toil? Or did you act in the way that you really wanted to?

If you have grilled with charcoal or wood understands the environment necessary to create a fire and light he coals. If we were to look at our most important goals in this way, a new path would emerge. Preparing the environment for the fire to arise is far more effective than trying to force light the coals with a blowtorch. After you light just a few coals, and with enough oxygen, the coals will light each other.
The fire you seek is a reflection of your environment and your personal readiness to be lit.

If success is the steam emanating from boiling water, the fire is the effort or work, and the spark is a component of the environment along with the oxygen.

The quality of the wood is the reflection of oneself.

If you are internally ready, if you have explored yourself and removed all the compounds that prevent you from being flammable, you will be a naturally attractive substance for a great flame.

Examining yourself is the inception of personal transformation. The truth is the removal of all that stands in your way. It’s the removal of the impurities in the wood. The impurities are often, beliefs, desires, thoughts, and personal self-image.

All of these are barriers to purifying your intentions. They are the impurities that make the wood resistant to burning. Resistant to burning when a fire is needed is ineffective.

Pure wood will light quickly and create a fire, create a beautiful flame. A pure intention is unstoppable. It lives and breathes through you. Your mind and body will follow it. Both will become bulletproof.
